All pricing in this quotation based on cash/net terms. Credit Card payments will be subject to 10% surcharge. EFT payments require minimum transaction of $500.00. Motion Analysis Inc. shipping terms are Ex WORKS (EXW); Eugene, Oregon, USA. Shipments will be billed/shipped PREPAY and ADD. All shipments will be insured to the value of the shipment. Unless the customer has requested NO INSURANCE in writing on the accepted purchase order. Motion Analysis Inc. will ship via UPS or FEDEX. All other shipping methods requested will incur handling charges.
